Chris McKay: Executive Director
Chris McKay is the IAO Executive Director. He is responsible for all operations the association undertakes. He organizes the staff to maximize production. Mr. McKay is also responsible for implanting new programs to create valuable benefits for the membership. He works as an advisor to the Executive Committee/Board. He reports all financial information, issues, and program progress through written and verbal reports. Making sure the IAO is compliant with all government and relevant association regulations is also Mr. McKay’s duty.
Jackie is the first point of contact when reaching the IAO Home Office. She directs inquiries to the correct party for the quickest resolution to their questions. Jackie is also responsible for processing member and vendor payments alike. These include payments for dues, meetings, Professional Advancement applications, and other miscellaneous fees. Jackie will be the one speaking to you when you call.

Jenny Fisher is the Association Services Coordinator. Her primary focus is on Continuing Education. She processes all CE form, keeping detailed records of each members hours. Mrs. Fisher also tracks the progression of Professional Advancement. She works closely with the members as they proceed through each level of the program. Mrs. Fisher informs them of their standings, requirements for next level, and connects them with the proper representative to help them advance.

Natalie Sanchez is the Clerical Consultant. She is responsible for organizing all member registrations/renewals, applications, and CE forms that come into the office over the year. Mrs. Sanchez also helps process non-mass mailings, such as new member/renewal packets.
Meg Plummer: IAO Meeting Planner.
She coordinates all the logistics of the IAO’s Annual Meeting, Summer Meeting, and Professional Advancement and Instructor Seminars. She is also a major contributor to all marketing efforts behind these events. Mrs. Plummer guides the IAO, as an Executive Committee/Board advisor, through ADA regulations making sure all meetings meet their standards. Email: meg@iaortho.org.
